NEW OR NEW/OLD - Never worn item with original store tags or packaging. New/Old is a vintage item in new condition.
MINT - No detectable problems, as close to "New" as possible for its age. A significant percentage of our inventory is New without original store tags, but in New condition and not previously laundered. Some items may have been repaired, but shows no visual signs of this repair.
EXCELLENT - Shows average wear for its age, nothing noticeable problems or defects.
VERY GOOD - Shows average wear for its age with minor signs of fading, holes, wear spots, fraying or splitting noticeable, but these signs do not detract from its overall look or style.
GOOD - Shows above average wear for its age and may have slight tears, fading, holes, wear spots, fraying or splitting in need of repair.
FAIR - Item is wearable and usable, but may have noticeable stains, minor holes and fading, may be missing buttons or decorations.
POOR - Fugly DOES NOT sell Poor. Poor items are an industry standard description of vintage items for design inspiration only. Item is NOT WEARABLE or USABLE due to the overall condition. Fabric orpaper deterioration is evident, or the delicate condition of the item predisposes use other than display, rental for design purposes or private collection.

SIZING NOTE: Vintage clothing (especially cottons and rayons that have been machine washed) generally measure smaller than their marked size indicates. Having firm measurements of your individual size is MOST IMPORTANT to your purchasing the right fit. Generally, bigger is better than too small with exception of polyester disco wear.

Once you have decided to purchase a product, you will be automatically linked to a SSL encrypted page. • PURCHASES

Once an order is complete (approval of Payment & Shipping), it is automatically removed from the inventory. Orders are shipped within 3 business days, usually before.

• RETURNS

Upon receipt of your shipment, you have 3 days to notify us by e-mail or phone if for some ugly reason you want to return it. The Customer is responsible for its return by U.S. Priority Mail unless they can prove the item does not meet the condition standards and description of that item, for which 1UglyShirt.com will pay return shipping. All return items must be in the same condition as before - clean and pressed. We are not in the free costume rental business, please do not abuse your right to purchase. We are in the business of complete customer satisfaction, rendering our return policy moot if we pay careful and honest attention to any items' detailed measurements. ALL CONDITIONS MUST BE MET OR RETURNS WILL NOT BE HONORED.
