ARE THE CLOTHES CLEAN?
ALL items have been either laundered or dry-cleaned using non-toxic means, repaired if necessary and are ready to wear.

ALL items on the site are unique to our inventory - no multiple sizes of any item. Each item has been chosen for its ability to stand out in the crowd, guaranteeing you do not match anyone at the match.
HOW DO I FIND MY SIZE?
Click on the "Category" of items you are looking for, then click on your size listed at the top of the resulting page.
HOW CAN I FIND THE HIGHEST OF UGLY?
Click on the "Category" of items you are looking for, then click on the "Sort by Fugly Meter" near the top of the resulting page. The resulting sort will be from lowest Fugly Meter rating to highest. Clicking again on the "Sort by Fugly Meter" will sort from highest to lowest.
WHAT IF I CAN'T FIND WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR?
Click on "Contact Us" and give Fugly a complete description and size of items you are looking for. We have thousands of items in our database and inventory that are in the pipeline to the site. We will also offer personal shopping services to Fugly Club members, once it is up and running.
DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
Yes. You can select from 4 major credit cards - Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover - or use your PayPal account.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. You select from FedEx, U.S.P.S and U.P.S with all relevant U.S. and International delivery options from each carrier.
WHEN WILL MY UGLY ORDER ARRIVE?
Check with your chosen carrier with the tracking # you will sent with your order confirmation.
HOW DO I RETURN MERCHANDISE?
Each order is 100% returnable as long as you contact orders@1UglyShirt.com within 3 days of receipt of your order. Customers must fill out an Approval of Return form before proceeding with return shipping. You will receive instructions for return along with this approval.
